Pico is a Mousefolk guard in Glintmaw who was once a close friend of Angus Wobblering. However, Pico became disillusioned with Angus after the wizard accidentally cursed their town. It wasn't until the Hooligans came along and changed his perspective on Bin-Go that Pico realized the error of his ways and apologized to Angus.
Interestingly, Pico was also Primrose King in school alongside his ex-partner June. Despite their past, June is now married to Angus through an alleged arranged marriage by Bin-Go. This fact has caused some tension between Pico and Angus, but the two are slowly rebuilding their friendship.
