Sandcloak

​Anyone who grew up in the Charmsand Desert knows the hardship of the sands and are aware that they will accomplish very little in their lifetime. The desert was once an oasis of travelers and pilgrims. On one unfortunate day when the river stopped flowing; a drought arrived and never left. All of the forsaken travelers had to adapt to the changing climate or leave. The many who left moved towards the hills to eventually form the empire known as Skygarde, the few who remained had to build shelters to protect themselves from the powerful sandstorm. Only merchants and caravans usually travel the Charmsand. The Charmsand Cloaks are the loyal guards to the Hierarch; the reigning government in the desert. Anubane Rhytyn, the reigning Tombking is very hesitant for outsider to enter his desert. There are no walls to stop adventurers from entering the Charmsand but the cloaks are able to move with the sand and challenge any who will not leave. The Charmsand cloaks have been trained since birth to blend with the sand and fight with the storm.​
