Scalescarred

Before a person becomes a draken, where they are more reptile than mammal, they are afflicted with the Scalescarring. This is for those people who grew up too close to a dragon, in particular in their child years. The start growing scale or horns, depending on how close they lived to the magical auras of the great drakes. Even a resting drake can affect those growing up near its lair.
