Tharous Nurzeth
Tharous Nurzeth was a master of deception and trickery, a dark elf illusionist who was feared and respected by those who knew him. He had been sent by the Triade to take over the island of Kinaros, a task that he accomplished with ease. Tharous used his skills in magic to replace the Stormblood Winella, who had ruled the island for years. No one suspected a thing, as Tharous was able to maintain the illusion that Winella was still in power.
However, Tharous's plan came crashing down when he was unaware of a very known Flag of Parlay that was waved by a rebellion leader. This was a symbol that indicated that the person waving it was under the protection of the Parlay Treaty, and was not to be attacked. Tharous revealed himself when he attacked the leader of the rebellion, thinking that he could easily defeat him.
But the mercenaries in town named the Shatterbrand were quick to respond, and they fought against Tharous in the streets of Kinaros. Tharous used all of his illusionary powers to try and escape, but the Shatterbrand were relentless in their pursuit. In the end, Tharous was defeated, and the people of Kinaros were able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Meet the senile old woman who is in charge of this island, she has grown increasingly paranoid and hates outsiders. If something doesn't benefit her island directly then she will not allow it to proceed. No public works projects, no dances, no music. Only food, work and sleep.

It doesn’t have much but it lists an Eastern fisherman reporting a friendly merelf named Deway as well as burying a body Deway brought to shore.
Winny was mentioned a relative of Lady Winella.

Created a lynch mob as they arrived to the smoldering town and gathered anyone on the streets to raze the Sawtooth Manor with the black sun elf spies taking residence. After a long battle and cowboy shootout, with Winella riding on Arygos’ back, you killed the imposter.
