Veji
A sickly man kept at Bliss Meadows insane asylum, he claims his name is Veji because that's what he was traded for as a baby. He spends his time in Bliss Meadows but was broken out by a hooded short person who quickly dug a tunnel into his room. This person left traces of Bloodsalt. Veji was set free but told to give a condition tied bank note to the Shatterbrand. He found Sossari and tried to give her the bribe. Sossari gave the man money and almost invited him to her island bit was caught by him saying the lady in white would be mad. She encased him in a cage of earth and went to speak to the orderly. They went back to Veji and he was beginning to foam from the mouth so the lady in white took him to the hospital in the District of the Dead.
