Yergralffe

The North men and women live in the harsh cold of Snowpeak. They can battle better than most and stand taller than average. Although they are seemingly built for battle, the Yergralffe take pride in art and culture more than most races. In the frigid Ayre Lands to the north of Valhedge, where the spirit wind blows, there lies a vast graveyard. The cold ice up here stops the decay of bodies. Instead of covered tombs, their burial sights reveal the dead allowing family to visit their ancestors and see them as they were when they passed on. Spirits can welcome the dead without the barrier of a coffin.   The Yergralffe people of Gaulan are a northern race, known for their strength and stamina. They have long, strong limbs and are typically taller than other races in Gaulan. Their skin is pale and often marked with intricate tattoos, which they use to identify themselves within their clans.   Yergralffe people are skilled hunters and have an intimate knowledge of the land they roam. They have a deep respect for nature and believe that all things are connected. This connection is reflected in their spiritual practices, which often involve communing with the spirits of animals and the elements.   Their clothing is made from the furs and hides of animals they hunt, and they are known for their intricate leatherwork. Yergralffe people are also skilled musicians and dancers, using their music and movement to tell stories of their travels and adventures.   While they are often on the move, Yergralffe people are fiercely loyal to their clans and will defend them at all costs. They value bravery, honesty, and resourcefulness, and these traits are instilled in their children from a young age.   valhedge

The North men and women live in the harsh cold of Snowpeak. They can battle better than most and stand taller than average. Although they are seemingly built for battle, the Yergralffe take pride in art and culture more than most races.   The most prominent family is the Verki family. They had to give up their ancestral home to the arctic dwarves after a bloody feud. This decision was made by the 5 reigning kings at the time. Skytracer, Windslayer, Rhytyn, Oakhand and Boggan.   Vilkrum Verki has been pushing for his family to have a seat among the high kings as the true Northking. During the Liberation of Man, although Dhara did not select a member of the north to bestow a title to, the northern people were the main source of shelter and warmth as the 6 kings marched against the last of the Onyx Elves.   Vilkrum wishes to see his great ancestor, Jandar Verki, among the Hall of Kings.   In the frigid Ayre Lands to the north of Valhedge, where the spirit wind blows, there lies a vast graveyard.
