Connie

Connie is the fearless leader of the Thin-Bloods and Caitiffs of Galveston. Though young and seemingly inexperienced, she leads her people the best way she knows how: through compassion and wit, bringing in all those vampires that would be cast out by the great Ivory Tower or slaughtered by the Second Inquisition.
