Armour Proficiency {Light}

The character is proficient with light armour.
Benefit: When the character wears a type of armour with which the character is proficient, the armour check penalty for the armour applies only to Dexterity- and Strength-based skill checks.
Normal: A character who wears armour with which he or she is not proficient applies its armour check penalty to attack rolls and all skill checks that involve moving.
