Bart is the leader of the Harvesters, a minor gang in Ardan named after black harvesters. Bart named the group the way he did simply because he thinks black harvesters are cool, and not because the group does anything related to the desert monstrosities. The name also works with the tattoo of a black scorpion he has on his left arm.
Bart can be cruel and heartless, though he treats those who serve him loyally well. The only person he truly cares for is his brother.
