Effect: The character gains a fly movement mode with a speed equal to twice her normal ground speed, with perfect manoeuvrability. The character is limited to a total of 10 minutes of flight per day (which must be used in 1-minute increments). However, if the character acquires the mutation a second time, she acquires unlimited use of this ability.
