Rapid Shot

The character can make an additional ranged attack.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Point-Blank Shot.
Benefit: On the first attack in a round, the character may fire twice with one act. The shots are resolved separately and may be at different targets. These shots and any additional attacks in the round all take a -2 penalty (in addition to any other penalties the attacks may take) to the attack roll. This ability can only be used with a ranged weapon that does not require any acts to reload, and may not be used with a firearm that has a single shot rate of fire.
