The character has sharp, pointed teeth and possibly even fangs.
Type: Minor positive.
Effect: The character gains a bit attack that does 1d6 points of piercing damage if the character is Medium size, or 1d4 points if they are Small. The character applies 1.5 times their Strength bonus to damage if the bite is their only natural attack form. This mutation can only occur once. If the character already has Sharp Teeth, re-roll the mutation.
