Blood Ear
The Blood Ear Goblin Horde is more or less your average goblin. What makes them organized to some degree is that it seems the leader of a group will have a necklace of other goblin ears. It's been theorized that when a group raids or defends, the strongest of the survivors will sever the ears of the fallen goblins and fashion them into a necklace.
