Localized Phenomena
Wild Magic activates with any spell of any level not cast by a Druid or Fey creature.
Directions are not noted by North, South, East, or West; instead Darkward and Edgeward are used as directions toward the Feydark and towards the edge of the plane as well as Edge-left/right and Dark-left/right, depending on what side of you Darkward and Edgeward are. For example: Darkward as North would mean the @Palace of Balance[location] is Darkward-left or Northeast as if you were facing the Palace, Darkward would be to your left. If you were facing away from the Palace, then you would be facing Darkward-right on the map and may need to turn around.
