These pacifist hoppers were all about avoiding attention of any kind - however they have become much more open with the construction of the The Shimmering City. They stayed out of the Toxin Wars, but after they ended the bilbies have self-appointed as the policing force of the Scorpion's Claws since they were decreed neutral territory. They abhor conflict, and since the conflict they will forcefully (and thankfully non-fatally) end it. Many now know to not start fights in the Windang Desert.
