Agony

Imperial Goddess, Eternal Pain, The Suffering Lady.

Agony is a goddess from imperial Black Pantheon, worshipped (not openly) as a divine patron of pain, blood, sadism, suffering and tortures. She is considered one of four divine overlords of Pandaemonium, which automatically makes her an Enigma.
She resides within the Pandemonium, a realm of materialized madness that has devoured significant part of Gehenna during the long years that passed since the War of Gehenna. Due to its nature as an Enigma and a part of Pandaemonium, its worship is considered an offense punishable by death, lifetime in Valley of Ashes prison colony or soul damnation - depending on the scale of associated attrocities.

Physical Description

Facial Features

Supposedly beautiful, but mutilated by eternal self-mutilations. She also bleeds from eyes, mouth and nose, for reasons unknown.

Special abilities

Just as all gods, Agony is omnipotent and omniscient, her power over reality limited only by influences of other beings similar to her. She is more than capable of forging completely new reality with but a friction of power - afterall Pandaemonium is practically a world, as 'real' for its inhabitants as 'real' world is for mortals.
As any god Agony isn't limited to 'today', as there is no 'today' for gods. They exist simultaneously in every 'now' of every 'today' from the moment the world is created to the moment of its eventual demise. The only reason they limit themselves to human concept of time is to interact with them without being too 'alien' for them.
Agony is also capable of creating literally unlimited numbers of daemons - not to mention as many types of them as he wishes. He could also create as many species in real life. It is unknown if Synkardians were her creations.

Personal history

The exact details of Agony's birth are unclear, as it is often a case among Enigma and Aberrants. Some believe she is a child of Malice and Discord, other claim that she was created by Discord due to her status as a Primeval Goddess. There are also those claiming that she was merely 'adopted' by the terrifying pair.
Details about her current situations are equally shrouded in mystery. All that is known is that her personal domain in the Light is the so called Rift, located in the depths of the seas and oceans. It is unknown what exactly happens there, and perhaps it is better to not know any details. She almost managed to destroy Kingdom of Alvaena when her worshippers - a sapient species known as Synkardians assaulted it from beneath the waves, triggering the Synkardian Wars.
Aside from this, her actions are a mystery to Imperium of Karadia, just as those of other Aberrants and Enigmas.

Morality & Philosophy

For Agony - and her worshippers - life is a pain. The existence itself is a suffering, a torture that exists eternally and only changes from time to time, to keep the tortured mortals from growing accustomed to it. From their point of view, Agony is a quintessence of life, a goddess ultimately benevolent because she lets them suffer more, live more, feel more.
Of course, they are attempting to spread her blessings to others (especially after Depravity kicks in), ultimately seeing themselves as those doing good unto others. This makes them - and the goddess that is a manifestation of their approach - one of the most twisted beings of already twisted Pentagram.
