Draams
Draams are one of three main races of Dwarves. As the rest of them they were created by Xylian Dominion first attempt of creating geneengineered species of slaves and servants. They were created to serve as strong workers and heavy infantry, but were ultimately flawed with some unforeseen genetic flaw that made them much too short for Xylian liking.
Despite this they were spared and allowed to settle in two areas of Karadia. Draams are descendants of those dwarves that fled to the Labirynth, seeking to rule themselves as they saw fit, rather than bending to the tyranny of Xylian Dominion. It's hard to say what happened to them there.
Basic Information
Anatomy
About 1,5 meters high, generally quite impressive musculature and humanoid form (two legs, two arms, one head). While they are lower than humans, they are also slightly wider and notably stronger physically, equally in terms of sheer strenght and endurance. They seem to be also slightly more attuned for black magic, but the change is rather small.
Genetics and Reproduction
As all xylian creations their ancestor were human captives from behind the Dominion's eastern border. Unlike them, however, they weren't made different enough to be unable to reproduce with humans. Dwarves can have children with humans, but it is rare due to how xenophobic they rare. What's more, human females have a very high death ratio while giving birth to differently shaped half-dwarven child.

Facial characteristics
Expansive beards. Mostly black hair, pale skin and black or red eyes.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
In Labirynth, forming independent city-states of various size. In most cases ruled by ironfist and, especially when placed deeper, under Pandaemonium-influence.
