Water Drakons

Water Drakons are one of light drakons subspecies that is actually among the most common ones. They are especially often encountered in the regions that are beside water, be it sea or simple lakes. Many of the best drakonic sailors are water drakons. They also make up for a significant part of fishermen and shipyard workers of the Dragarian Islands.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Just humans with blue and slightly... shining eyes in their fully human form.
After undergoing dragonification they change into humanoid dragon-like creatures, with claws, horns and the skeleton of their wings made from a porous material that seems like stones of a coral reefs. Their scales and wing membrane are blue.
Their porous parts have a curious trait - they can store a surprising ammount of water inside, that they can easily discharge, making them a decent way to store water for use in water magic.

Ecology and Habitats

Due to their magical alignment and needs of Blood Awakening they tend to live in a places that have water, meaning that they are common sight on coasts and near lakes.
