Phantom Servant

You call upon an phantom servant. An Invisible mindless force that can perform simple and repetitive tasks at your command. It can fetch items, open/close doors, hold objects and furniture, clean messes, and mend certain items. The servant can only perform one activity at a time, but will attempt to repeat the activity until told to stop. It has an effective strength score of 2 (Lift 20 lbs, drag 100 lbs). It can also be used to trigger traps, perform untrained skill checks, and deliver messages. It has an AC of 10, 1 HP, and cannot directly attack a target. You can change it command with a bonus action. It can move up to 15' a turn, and usually cannot swim or fly.
