Sagitta's Vortex

Through the light of Sagitta, the light beams that reflect off of your body are filled with an intense pull that you can use to entice any creature or object towards you. Choose any target and make a ranged spell attack. On a hit the target takes 3d10 radiant damage and is moved up to 30' towards the caster, the creature must also make a dexterity saving throw against the spell casters DC or become prone. On a miss, the target only takes half as much damage and is not moved.
You can spend one more mana to target one additional target, The targets must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
