Stonen Touch

You are able to quickly break down and convert most materials into hardened stone. This ability can affect certain material on an item, or an item in it's entirety. Generally, any item that weighs less than 10 lbs can be converted into a stone or hard clay of your choice. This spell can also be used to repair stone structures and masonry-style constructions.
If you touch a creature, it must make a Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 Geomancy damage and become petrified. On a successful save, the target takes half damage, and loses half of it's movement speed. The effect lasts until it meets a constitution saving throw or through powerful abberaturgy.
