The Hammstoke Accord was a charter signed between the farmers, labors, and craftspeople of Hammstoke, represented by Thar Leerstrom, and Ysabel Zethergyll, 178th Holder of Skint guaranteeing the rights of its citizens to own and work the land, while still paying taxes and raising levies for Skint.
