Kevin Stew

The history of Kevin Stew are shrouded in mystery. It is thought to somehow involve the family Kevin-Kevin, but no recipe for the stew is found among the Kevin-Kevin archive. What is known is that the legendary Kharlo Chondricht prepared the stew for the Vastblasters the night before they faced down Vo'ku'a. 
As the Blasters were victorious in that battle, and became the Heroes of the Isles, many Bari now prepare a variation on the stew the evening before they must undergo a trial, so much so that the phrase "Got a stew goin'" has become parlance for the quiet moments before a life-altering occasion. 
One individual that tasted Kharlo's Kevin Stew describe it as "comfortingly salty." Various interpretations exist as to what, exactly, that means.
