Roo Rainhorn

Roo Rainhorn is an eight-year-old orphan boy and street urchin currently living in New Carydam. When he's not out earning his street rep and pawning loot, Roo can be found practicing with his collection of daggers and little knives. His parents and siblings died under mysterious circumstances. When people ask Roo what happened, he says they "didn't know how to act" and leaves it at that.
A skilled pick-pocket, his victims often are the drunks stumbling home from The Open Secret or other sordid spots in The Library. He aspires to be the most skilled kid with a knife, if only someone "who knows how to get stabby" would teach him how.
