The Open Secret

The Open Secret is a bustling tavern in The Library district.
While some come to the Secret to drink, most come to place bets on just about anything and everything. There are always bookies taking "action" on whatever patrons wish to wager.
It also has a reputation as a place in which information can be bought and sold. 
The Open Secret maintains a strident policy against intimidation towards any of its brokers. Groups and individuals who violate that policy will find, at a base case scenario, no longer welcome at the Secret.
