Gnolls, Lizardfolk, and Obscure Peoples

There are unusual and obscure people who live in isolated pockets throughout the known world, or more commonly just beyond its borders. For various reasons, trade with and exposure to such peoples is exceedingly rare in the lands of Elves, Dwarves, and Humans. While individuals of these groups may wander into the known world and make a name for themselves there, the locals will treat such interactions as singular and rare occurances.
