The Lawgiver

The Adastrican God of Justice and Order. He is a god of civilization, cities, and retribution. The Selicari Priests sometimes call him Donblas, the Justice Maker.
The Lawgiver's Edicts are:

• The law is the law. All are bound to it.
• Bring order out of chaos.
• Tame the world and make it useful.
• Everyone has a place in the divine plan.

Though the Selicari still revere him, the Lawgiver is not often invoked elsewhere in modern times.
