Little Foot

Small, quick, and nimble, the gnomish natives of Ayr are an interesting species. They have bioluminescent skin markings, and emit some sort of electrical interference that renders them invisible to sensors and cameras. Technology used in very close proximity to them tends to malfunction and go haywire. They live in small tribes within the Dark Forest, as well as places like New Hyperion. Many Little Feet are said to have divining powers, and their people are credited for predicting The Great Prophecy. The leg muscles of these gnomes are much more developed than they should be relative to their size, and they can easily keep pace with much longer-legged races.
