Nedra

Also known to some as the "Queen of North", Nedra is a Frost Lich said to make her home in or near Lake Avernus, within the center of the Pindus Mountain range. She is a master of poisons as well as the deadly rock dragon Saxum, who guards the mountain range (and by extension, the lake and Fountain of Youth) from outside forces. Not much is known about Nedra's origins or motivations, and she remains as mysterious as she is deadly.
