Shiftrees

Shiftrees are mobile hemp trees that wander the light side of Ayr in search of water and nutrients. They tend to meander from oasis to oasis, and have an uncanny ability to locate water, almost like a dowsing rod. A large number of shiftrees have been lashed to and subsequently become part of the moving settlement called Wanderhome. As such, very shiftrees are left outside this cluster, but travelers can come across the occasional loan shiftree trudging slowly towards the closest water source.
