Leader of the Emerald Claw and High Priest of Tiamat. He is fanatical in his belief and devotion and sees all other species as meat for his kin. He has made an alliance with the Lich Queen in hopes to open a portal to Tiamat's Court and take all dragons and dragonborn from Gendos. Once his peope are gone he cares little what the Lich Queen will do with the other races.
