Chancellor Tallen
He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his grey hair down. His green eyes are cut jade and seems to know all your secrets. He has the appearance of someone who commands respect and others look to him for leadership.
