Chancellor Voren

Chancellor to Lord Sanders of Brookholm. He has come to Charmere over the recent kidnappings. He has offered a hefty reward to anyone you can return the missing villagers. On first glance he has a air of smugness about himself but has been nothing but helpful in finding the missing villagers. He has even posted the money for the reward himself. He still makes people uneasy when his penetrating gaze fall on them.
