Court of Shadows

The Court of Shadows is a lesser court within the Winter Court. The court is populated by the fey that live within the darker aspects of reality. Those that feed off the emotions and pain of others and lack empathy for any creature. They are kept in line with cruelity and fear. These fey include but not limited to hags, darklings, boogle, meenlock and redcaps.
