Devon is the leader of the local gangs. He has spent the last few years uniting the scattered gangs under one banner to fight the one person holding everyone under his thumb. Mayor Treson. Devon was raised on the streets with no idea who his parents were. He has crawled his way to the top of the underworld and has set his daggers on the most corrupt person in the town. He has brewed his hatred for Mayor Treson ever since the mayor had Devon's younger sister hung for stealing food. Devon is trying to gain support from one of the main theives guilds to help with his personal war.
