High Commander Evermore is the Commander of the City Guard and the outlying militia of Port Royual. He is highly respected for his level headiness and fair sensibilities. Veteran of many battles with the scars to prove it. Even the criminals of Port Royual show Lord evermore the proper respect as a worthy adversary. Born of low birth The High Commander has risen through the ranks but never has forgotten where he comes from. A fair and just man, many commoners listen to the Commander over any title or nobility. Many have even whispered that he should be given Lordship over Port Royaul. Evermore merely believes in the law and the best way to uphold it without being a tyrant. He is a well suited position for a well of information that he shares with other Keyholders.
