Kobalt Kobolds
A small band of bandits in the ruined towers near the Wound. They prey on wandering adventurers and take their found loot from the ruins. They never kill the ones that they steal from and have even helped adventurers in need. They are secretive and closed off never allowing anyone near their camp. Many of their victims have spoken highly of the group, saying they come to their rescue.
