Lord Barnsfield comes from a long line of true and honorable paladins of Torm. Unfortunately the current lord is nothing like his ancestors. He is cowardling and cares more about collecting his taxes then bringing justice to the land. He hires adventures to handle any problems that arise and then tries to weasel out of the deal. He has a few hired thugs he keeps close by to intimidate when his namesake isn't enough.
