A Great Lord new to the area. He has come to Winterhaven to excavate the Shadowfell Ruins. He says he wishes to rebuild the great keep to its former glory. Work has been plentiful for the villagers at Winterhaven and have welcomed Lord Kalarel and his men. He seems to be a very generous and humble man. Treating everyone with respect and dignity.
