Magistarte Shyander
A young man that has elected himself he new magistrate of the small village of Seerton. His hired thugs have held the village in an iron grip for the last few weeks. Shylander was raised in Brido Canta and the youngest son of the Guild Leader of Izzets Leagues. He is known to throw the weight of his fathers name around to get what he wants.
