Magistrate Orao watches over the grand city of Silverpeak in the Ollenor province in Domain of Sonbrass. Orao is considered one of the most learned people in the world. Many wonder why he isn't a member of the Council of Thirteen. He values knowledge over everything and can be seen many days with his nose in a book. He sees as being the Magistrate as a means to an end, but would rather be in his study discovering the wonders of the world.
