Mayor Breshon is a straight and narrow man. He lives a life of discipline and structure and runs the town as such. He prides himself on his little prosperous and orderly port town. He is respected by most of the townsfolk and the few who disagree with his ways have learned to keep it to themselves. He has no tolerance for riff raff in his town and will have them quickly expelled out the city gates. Pirates have learned to fear Port Trosa and to stay clear. Mayor Breshon will not hesitate to hang a pirate from the break walls.
