Qulen
Retired Thief
Qulen is a retired thief in the prison city of Valkin. HE spends his days trying to not to be murdered while hunting for food. People here have little need of a thief since no one has anything worth stealing. He has reserved himself to his fate which has given him a since of peace with the world. Once a proud member of the Blue Rose but he has been forgotten and abondaned. He never meant to hurt anyone he only enjoyed the act of stealing never the item itself.
