Ragtop is a undead Lich. Unlike many liches, Ragtop doesn't desire power. He only wishes to unlock all the knowledge of the cosmos. He wishes to learn everything and anything. He believes all knowledge no matter how trivial is vital. He is brillant in history and anything arcane, but seems to forget mundane things like his name and other small details. He will merely read what ever is closest to him when ask his name or other uninteresting questions. "What's your name?" "101 ways to cook chickens" or "Spot, and I my rabies shot three years ago." He also has a problem with other people's names so he will give them names he thinks suit him. Ragtop believes any true scholar and practitioner of magic must have a long beard. The longer the better. Since he is undead he keeps a wardrobe full a different beards he can strap on. He works with the Silver Shadows in return they bring him any and all knowledge.
