Wizard
The town wizard is a highly regarded halfling of middle years who wears disheveled clothes and thinning hair. An unassuming scholar, he is unselfish about using his magic for the benefit of his neighbors. He is willing to provide arcane spellcasting to adventures in the service of the town for half the normal cost. He also has a small number of scrolls and minor wondrous items he would be willing to sell.
