Plaque Doctor

An unknown person dressed in a plagued doctor's outfit. He seems to appear mysteriously throughout the land. He employs lesser underlings to do his grunt work and disposes of them when they have finished their task. He is collecting raw exotic materials for some unknown purpose. He is linked to several villages being wiped out through mysterious means. Very few have lived to see him twice.
