The Kith Circle

The Kith Circle is the ruling counsel of the Shadar Kai in Aren. The are formed from the Kith Guard and uphold the Word of the Raven Queen. They also serve under the Kith Lord and protect their people. They are fanatical in their belief in the Raven Queen and kill any who oppose her will without question or remorse.
