Warden Jargen has spent most of his life watching over the prison. He takes pleasure in the tightly run operation of the salt mill and the money and prestige it brings. Many Lords have tried to wine and dine him but Warden Jargens stay strict with his contracts. He views his prisoners as nothing as works horses, and if a horse can't work you put it down. There are always more criminals to work the mines in his mind. The only creature that he shows any affection is his vulture named Owok. Some believe the Warden can watch through Owok's eyes.
