Flanoir

Also known as the Free City of Scholars, this cozy city sits far to the north, nestled in the snow-capped Thaagos Mountains. Upon entering the city one is truly awestruck - the many spires and tall connected buildings obscure much of the lower sky while white snow gently falls upon the iron-grey cobblestone streets, in stark contrast to the dark charcoal bricks of the buildings. In the center of the lower city stands a great library in the town square. At night it is calm and quiet, the snow blanketing even lamplit, romantic conversations. All of the buildings have large, sleek, peaked slate roofs and spires that are heavy with snow. All of the lamps and lights within the city are powered by Magi-Tech.
