Sugaar Hellstrand (sue-gair)

An ashen skinned mazoku with deep red eyes, Sugaar has relatively gaunt features and long slicked back white hair. His horns curl slightly inward, protruding from his temples. He seems to enjoy playing with others and pretending both to be and not to be a vampire. Sugaar has contracted the Emerald Order to clear out a den of malevolent vampires in the northern Cragspire Mountains.
In later meetings with the mysterious mazoku, he has appeared unhinged and manic.
